Even though we live in a modern country, talking about mental health or depression are still seen as a taboo. People still see as craziness or sadness or they don't even bother to consider it.
Deepika Padukone is one of the B-town celebs who openly talked about her depression, suicidal thoughts and shared how she dealt with it. Ever since 2015, she has been trying to eradicate the stigma.
