Former Indian cricketer, Yuvraj Singh had always been one of the hottest bachelors before he got married to Hazel Keech. While the cricketer was famous amongst ladies for his flirty nature, he gave his heart to Deepika Padukone in 2008. However, the relationship ended on a sour note as Deepika Padukone ended the relationship due to her closeness with Ranbir Kapoor.
It was in 2008, when rumours of Deepika and Yuvraj dating made rounds on the internet. They first met after the T20 World Cup. Deepika was riding high with the success of her debut film, Om Shanti Om. The duo had instantly became good friends. And soon, their friendship turned into love. The couple bonded over their collective love for sports.

Yuvraj and Deepika were often spotted together at events, and date nights. In fact, Deepika was a permanent part of Yuvraj's matches. But the duo ended their relationship on a bitter note. There were rumours that Deepika broke up with Yuvraj as she found him possessive. In a media interaction, Deepika had also claimed that Yuvraj would interfere in her professional life.
However, Yuvraj had a different story and revealed that Deepika moved on from her and found comfort in Ranbir. Talking about the same, in a media interaction, Yuvraj had shared that Deepika was dating him, but she decide tomove on with another person. He also called it her personal choice. Yuvraj was quoted as saying:
"Well, she was with me and now she's moved on with another person. I guess it's her personal choice. If someone wants to move out of a relationship, there isn't much that the other person can do. I am not blaming anyone but just stating the facts."
On the personal front, Yuvraj Singh is happily married to Hazel Keech, and they also have a son together. On the other hand, Deepika got married to Ranveer Singh.
