Wedding season has already begun with a bang and ‘shaadi of the season’ is about to take place. We are talking about the grand wedding of star cricketer Yuvraj Singh with actress Hazel Keech, on November 30.

We are giving you all the updates about the preparations and guest list, from time to time. Here is the latest update about this big fat Punjabi wedding, which has left us rather shocked.
As we all know that Yuvraj’s parents, Shabnam and Yograj got separated when Yuvraj was very young. Shabnam single-handedly raised her two sons, Yuvraj and Zorawar. Yograj, on the other hand, got married to another woman and has two children from the second marriage.
Well, the news is that Yuvraj’s father will not be attending his son’s Gurudwara wedding on November 30 at Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab. Here is what Yuvi’s father Yograj said about his absence from his son’s wedding:
“It is my misfortune that I will not be attending the traditional wedding of my son ... I had told Yuvraj’s mother that I will not attend the wedding if it is solemnised at any guru or dera sect or involves any religious guru. It is destiny, I will not go. I only believe in God and not religious gurus.”

He further added:
“I won’t even go to the house of my father uninvited. But I will attend the mehendi function at Hotel Lalit on November 29. I was invited with respect by my son and my name is printed on the invites. I will go there as my son wants me to be there.”
Yograj will only be attending the mehendi ceremony and will give wedding in Delhi and other celebrations in Goa a miss.

But, we are eagerly waiting for Yuvraj and Hazel’s wedding celebrations to begin. We are hoping to get a glimpse of many celebrities from B-town and cricket world.
