But did you know? Before Prince came into Yuvika’s life, Yuvika was in a relationship for about 10 years with What The Jatt fame, Vipul Roy. While it is always interesting to dig in to throwback interviews which gives us a sense of their time leaps from ‘then to now’, Vipul was asked by Bombay Times about how he feels to hear that his ex-girlfriend, Yuvika and her fiance Prince, are all set to tie the knot by the end of this year (2018).
Vipul wished Yuvika all the best by saying, “Yuvika is engaged to another guy (Prince Narula), and I wish her all the best. Yes, she was one of my best friends and we were in a relationship for a long time, but destiny had other plans and we decided to part ways.” The F.I.R. actor also shared images of his interview with the publication on his social media handle with the caption, “Life is all about past, present and future! When asked if he is still friends with Yuvika, he retorted by saying, “I don’t believe in asking my ex-girlfriend out for a coffee. What’s over is over and it’s better left behind. I don’t want to prove to anyone that I am great friends with my ex and I am cool about it. Yuvika was a great friend, someone who I could depend on in those early days. The girl is getting married and she deserves all the happiness.” He further added, “If you are friends with a girl and hang out with her, people will invariably link you up. Prince and Yuvika had met on the Bigg Boss house. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Yuvika shared what made him fall for Prince. She said, “First of all, when we came out of the house, we were friends. And in the house, Prince had some hope but when I didn't respond, he thought that I have some issues with him and I will never say yes. He was sure from the day one and I, like any other girl, was taking time. I was never in that frame of mind - the first date and then I will see. I was scared that whether I should take a step ahead or not. It was his love and faith that changed me. I am a very practical person, he is someone who thinks from his heart - whatever he says he does that.”
