Bollywood actor, Shahid Kapoor broke many hearts when he tied the knot with a Delhi-based girl, Mira Rajput, in an arranged marriage setup. The 'Chocolate boy' of Tinseltown, who left a mark in our hearts with his debut film, Ishq Vishq, went on to become one of the most sought-after actors of his generation. Over the years, Shahid has made many girls fall in love with him, courtesy of his good looks and dimpled smile.
Shahid Kapoor has earned a huge fan base because of his boyish charms and excellent acting skills. The Bollywood sensation undoubtedly enjoys a massive female fan following, and fans idolise him. However, there have been some instances when fans have gone overboard and acted creepy, making the actor extremely uncomfortable. One such incident was when Shahid was stalked by a female fan, who was not just any commoner, but the daughter of a legendary Bollywood actor.

It so happened that the daughter of the late legendary actor, Raaj Kumar, Vastavikta Pandit, once left Shahid Kapoor uncomfortable. She met Shahid at Shiamak Davar’s dance classes during his pre-acting days, where they both had enrolled together. Vastavikta reportedly fell in love with Shahid during that time. However, the actor didn't reciprocate the same feelings, which made her love turn into an obsession over the years. As a result, Vastavikta started stalking Shahid.
So, in 2012, Shahid Kapoor filed a police complaint against Vastavikta, alleging that she stalked him wherever he went. From following him to movie sets to obstructing him when he went outdoors and sitting on his car’s bonnet, Vastavikta tried to tell him that she was his biggest fan. However, she crossed all the limits when she moved into a house next to Shahid’s residence. Not just this, she even began introducing herself as Shahid's wife to people in their neighbourhood. However, she escaped when Shahid filed a police complaint against her.

For the unversed, Vastavikta Pandit followed in her father, Raaj Kumar's footsteps and also tried her luck in films. She made her acting debut in 1996, but the film tanked at the box office, as her performance was underwhelming. Despite her constant efforts, she couldn’t manage to etch her place in the film industry. Surprisingly, she did not succeed even after using her father’s name and fame. Sadly, being the daughter of a legendary actor, Vastavikta failed miserably and ended up in misery.
On the personal front, Shahid Kapoor is happily married to his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor, and the couple is blessed with two kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor.
