However, the man, who knows how to bring pain and emotions to the screen, had failed in his attempts at love despite giving it many chances and had one hell of a roller-coaster love life.
From dating Bollywood actresses, Sushmita Sen and Ameesha Patel, and having failed relationships with them, Vikram Bhatt had started believing that he is not made for love, let alone the institution of marriage. However, a recent development hints that the ace director has finally found love and not just that he is also happily married for the past one year.

A few hours ago, Vikram Bhatt shared a picture with a girl named Shwetambari Soni and wished her on her birthday. His heartmelting note could be read as ''You turned me inside out. And you showed me what life was about Only you The only one that stole my heart away I wanna do all I can just to show you Make you understand Only you The only one that stole my heart away Happy birthday me love. @shwetaambari.soni.''
A report by ETimes suggested that they tried reaching out to Vikram Bhatt to confirm the news of his wedding after his post. However, they learnt that he was in a meeting. On getting in touch with a close source, the source confirmed that he tied the nuptial knot and said, ''The marriage has happened, pakka." The portal also reported that Vikram was madly in love with Shwetambari Soni, and therefore, had decided to take the relationship to the next level. The wedding took place last year and asking about Shwetambari's professional life, the source said, ''Shwetambari is somehow connected to the industry."

Vikram Bhatt was earlier married to his childhood sweetheart, Aditi and they were blessed with a baby girl after two years of being married. After his fall out with Aditi, Vikram Bhatt had revealed that he was neither a good husband nor a good boyfriend. In an earlier interview with The Times Of India, he had said, ''My failings are the result of my own inter-personal abilities. I am not a good husband or boyfriend. I have grown up as a single child and live in a world of my own.''
Going further in the interview, Vikram Bhatt had shared the reason behind not being an ideal husband or boyfriend and had explained, ''I am someone who can share my thoughts with someone, but after a point cannot share my life with anyone. I can have spurts of romance but am not consistently romantic. I am not what a girl dreams of. I try to be and that is not the real me and sooner or later the girl sees the real me and says shit! I can't give enough. Relationship demands understanding, compromise and I find myself unable to do that.''
