It is said that life after marriage is entirely different from life before it. So often a married couple has to deal with the question of “How's married life treating you?” Well, Jugg Jugg Jeeyo actor, Varun Dhawan is also dealing with the same sort of questions after his wedding with Natasha Dalal. In an interview, the actor talked about his life after his wedding and why he had opted for an intimate ceremony.
Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal had become man and wife on January 24, 2021. After a few hours of their wedding, he had shared the first pictures from the same on his IG handle. For the wedding, Varun had donned an ivory sherwani, while Natasha had opted for a matching ivory lehenga. Alongside the pictures, Varun had summed up their love story in one sentence, which could be read as "Life long love just became official."

In a conversation with the Hindustan Times, Varun Dhawan talked about his life after marriage and the reason for having an intimate wedding. When asked about his life post-wedding and if he is juggling between work and personal life, Varun said, “It’s fine, and it’s exactly the same. I’m not having any issues right now because I’ve too much time like most people do.”
Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal stay in their house, away from his parents and have a cute pooch, named Joey. Talking about how they spend time together, Varun added, “It’s fun to have friends over. We’re not that couple who really parties or something like that. We just have gatherings of few close friends, it’s difficult right now.”

Mentioning that people’s safety was one reason for having an intimate wedding, Varun said, “We had to be responsible during this period and follow rules. I’m someone who didn’t want to do something big, you’ve to respect whatever things have been put in place. I had elderly citizens from my family coming, and I wanted everyone to be safe, that’s why it was low key.”
Varun Dhawan also mentioned that the kind of wedding they had also revealed a lot about their personalities. He added, “That’s the kind of person I am, as far as my personal life is concerned. I’d rather keep it low-key, and also because Natasha isn’t from this film line anyway. The full show-sha is too much, and this wasn’t the time for that. We’ll need to come back on our feet as a country. We need schools and other things to start opening, and then I think everything can follow that.”
Varun Dhawan revealed that all the wedding preparations were done by his mother, Karuna Dhawan, along with his wife, Natasha Dalal and her parents. He said, “I can’t take the credit for anything. I just told them I’ll keep a count of people coming there. Nobody should have broken any rules. I was really worried because I had lost my maasi to Covid last year, then I had Covid myself.”
On the work front, Varun Dhawan will be next seen in Bhediya and Jugg Jugg Jeeyo.
