Before entering the show, Arti Singh was linked with Sidharth Shukla and the rumours of their engagement being called off were the hot topic of the house. However, Arti had called all the rumours 'baseless' and had rubbished the reports of her dating Sidharth Shukla. Arti Singh is going very strong with her game plan in the house and is always treated like a player who plays the game keeping her strategies well planned. Time and again, Arti’s family has shown their support by encouraging her for taking her stand in the house.
In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Arti’s cousin and actor, Govinda’s daughter, Tina Ahuja has supported her cousin Arti and wished her all the best for the show. She further elaborated that during the initial episodes, Arti was just playing the game without being in focus but with all the latest episodes, she is coming under the limelight with her strong views. Talking about Arti, she further elaborated that Arti is a combination of a friendly and a strong-headed woman. She also said that such a powerful combination is the reason for her success. Not only does Tina follow the show but also feels and hopes that Arti wins the season.
In an episode of Bigg Boss, Arti had revealed to fellow contestant Devoleena Bhattacharjee that her link-up rumours with Sidharth Shukla did bother her. Arti had stated, “There were reports about my link up with Sidharth Shukla before I came into the house. I got scared when I read it because I am no longer interested in dating and all.” Arti had further asserted that her brother, Krushna Abhishek was also concerned about the rumours and had even quizzed her about the same. However, when Arti had clarified the rumours, Krushna had asked her to relax and had advised her not to stress about these reports. In one of the initial episodes, Arti had been brutally roasted by Shefali Bagga for her past relationships. Soon after the episode was telecasted, stories about Arti’s marriage, divorce and her estranged relationship and breakup with now ex-boyfriend, Ayaz Khan started getting all the attention. Later, Ayaz had commented on the matter and had rubbished it as just a rumour. Her sister-in-law, Kashmera Shah too came to her rescue.
Arti’s sister-in-law, Kashmera Shah (married to Krushna Abhishek) had clarified and had stated, "Rubbish, Arti and Ayaz never married. Shefali is a journalist and she needs to do her homework. Or maybe, she is blabbering anything to create controversies and grab eyeballs." When SpotboyE had contacted Ayaz to confirm whether there was any truth to the rumours doing rounds about him and Arti Singh, he had laughed off and had stated that he had never married Arti. Commenting on the same, he had said, "What preposterous talk is going on. Arti and I never married." He had further revealed, "This is like in a movie that a couple went to Mt Everest and Bhagwan ko sakshi maankar shaadi karli and nobody ever got to know about it."
