Taimur Ali Khan ringed in his second birthday in South Africa with his mommy, Kareena Kapoor Khan and papa, Saif Ali Khan. Pictures from his second birthday bash have gone viral on the internet, and there is a new addition to the spree. It seems that Taimur readily enjoyed a family horse ride with Kareena and Saif in South Africa. Sporting a safety helmet and all buckled up, Taimur stationed cutely on the horse is a visual you would not want to miss. Take a look:

On December 20, on the day of Taimur's second birthday, his maasi and Kareena's sister, Karisma Kapoor wished him a happy birthday with the most adorable words. Sharing the following beautiful picture of Taimur Ali Khan with Samiera and Kiaan Raj, Karisma captioned it, “Happy 2nd birthday to our little jaan! We love you the most!! #taimuralikhan #babynawab #mybabies”.
Saif had earlier informed Mumbai Mirror that the family will celebrate Taimur's second birthday in South Africa. He had said, “Kareena and I will be shooting an ad in Cape Town for a luggage brand. After that, we are going to ride horses and see some big cats for Tim’s birthday.”
In another interview, Saif recently shared how it feels to travel with Taimur now. He told, "Despite having the idea of trying different things, we’ve ended up (and my wife is quite annoyed about this) going to the same places and doing the same things every year—London in summer, Gstaad in winter, with some parts of India, like Rajasthan and Pataudi, in between. We would have liked to go to more places in Italy and France—and we will. But you know, there is also something comforting about going to the same places, because the people know you and the hotel feels like home. With Taimur, we also end up travelling with a bit of an entourage. We never travelled light, but after Taimur, we travel even heavier." When mommy, Kareena was asked to comment on the paparazzi's obsession over her munchkin, she replied, "I feel Taimur is getting used to his name being called out [by paparazzi] and not particularly the cameras around. I don’t think he can make out that he’s being clicked. He’s still too small for that right now.” She further added, “Honestly, I’ve never held back anything. He’s practically all over the place. But he’s just 17 months old, so, let him grow up and have his life. I want him to have a normal upbringing and I totally understand that it’s tough to have it in today’s time but it is okay. I am letting him be. I can’t stop him from anything and I will not stop him from having a normal life at all."
Recently, all our hearts broke when Saif revealed in an interview that he is planning to send Taimur to a boarding school. He was quoted as saying, "Maybe I’ll send him to a boarding school when he is 13. I don’t know, growing up as a star kid, going to the schools of Bandra and Juhu. He needs to see the world."
Reacting on the same, mommy Kareena opened up in another interview and commented, "They are leaving us with no choice. But of course, as a mother, it would kill me to send him away. And I think it'd be unfair and I tell Saif that it'd be like running away from reality because this is the reality."
