Hrithik Roshan and his ex-wife, Sussanne Khan are the perfect example of parental goals. Even after their divorce, this adorable ex-couple maintained the sanctity of their relationship and never let their separation impact their children and have been beautifully co-parenting their boys, Hrehaan Roshan and Hridhaan Roshan. It was in 2013 when Hrithik and Sussanne had ended their 14-year long marriage and had announced their separation. But they had decided to co-parent their kids so that they are not deprived of either of their parents’ love and affection. Sussanne often treats us with throwback memories of her babies. On February 5, 2021, the doting mommy had shared some adorable childhood pictures of Hrehaan and Hridhaan and had written, “My Heart monsters... who have eaten up my hear.”
On May 1, 2021, Hrithik and Sussanne’s son, Hridhaan turned 13 and to mark this day, Sussanne posted a video comprising of some unseen moments with her ‘true artist’, Hridhaan. Along with the video, Sussanne wrote, “To my Ridz full of stars… You are a true artist and the Creater of joy… happy happiest 13 my son… Thank you for being mine #ridzjaan #heartmonster #sweetestson.”
On Hridhaan Roshan’s 11th birthday (May 01, 2019), his awesome mom, Sussanne Khan had taken the opportunity to showcase her love for the little munchkin. Sussanne had taken to her IG handle and had posted a peppy birthday video for her little man and had written, “Our Sky full of Ridz... happiest happy 11!!! your mind and heart light up the heavens! Happy happy joy joy to our unique Artist boy! I know your never changing who you are!!! #sooooproud #Ridzajaanturns11 #loveyoumadly.”
On March 25, 2020, Hrithik Roshan had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a picture of his ex-wife, Sussanne chilling at his house. The actor had revealed that his ex-wife had agreed to move in with him temporarily amidst COVID-19 quarantine to co-parent their kids. His note could be read as “It is unimaginable for me, as a parent, to think of having to be separated from my children at a time when the country is practicing lockdowns. It is heartwarming to see the world come together as one in this time of deep uncertainty and the possibility of months of social distancing and potential lockdowns for several weeks perhaps.”

Hrithik had also revealed how supportive his ex-wife is and had further written, “While the world talks about humanity coming together, I think it represents more than just an idea especially for parents sharing custody of their kids. How to keep their kids close to them without infringing on the right of the other who also has an equal right to be with his/her children. This is a picture of dear Sussanne (my ex-wife), who has graciously volunteered to temporarily move out of her home so that our children are not disconnected indefinitely from either one of us. Thank you Sussanne for being so supportive and understanding in our journey of co-parenting. Our children will tell the story we create for them. I hope and pray that to safeguard the health of ourselves and our loved ones, we all find our way to express love, empathy, courage, strength with an open heart.”
