Sunidhi Chauhan is one of the most versatile singers of Bollywood and has given us some melodious tracks to cherish. To give you a brief on Sunidhi's personal life, she had tied the knot with choreographer and director, Bobby Khan, brother of renowned choreographer, Ahmed Khan, when she was 18. But a year later, Sunidhi and Bobby had filed for divorce. Giving love a second chance, Sunidhi had welcomed music composer, Hitesh Sonik in her life. After dating for more than two years, Sunidhi and Hitesh had taken the wedding vows in 2012.

In 2020, several media reports had stated that everything was not fine in Sunidhi and Hitesh’s personal life. The reports had hinted that the playback singer and her music composer hubby are facing a lot of issues in their marriage. Although Hitesh had refuted the rumours, Sunidhi had refrained from commenting on the same. But now, the Kamli singer opened up about the reports surfacing about her troubled marriage.
In an interview with ETimes, Sunidhi Chauhan broke her silence on reports suggesting trouble in her marriage with Hitesh Sonik. Stating that the two are living together and the reports of trouble in her paradise are completely fake, the 37-year-old singer said, “All good now. Hitesh and I are living together.” A source close to the couple told the publication that there were some disturbances in their life and only recently, the two had sorted out their differences.
Earlier, a source had stated to SpotboyE, “Sunidhi and Hitesh are having issues since many days and haven't told many friends or relatives---but yes, Goa trip ke baad, baat bahut bigad gayi.” When Bombay Times had reached out to Sunidhi, she had taken a “No comments” stance.

However, Hitesh Soni had rubbished the reports and had clarified, “It’s not true.” When asked to comment on his wife, Sunidhi Chauhan, neither confirming nor denying the rumours, Hitesh had retorted, “Maybe she doesn’t want to comment on it because she finds the news too outrageous to even think about it.” Hitesh had continued, “We are living under the same roof. I am too busy cleaning the house to even read the news. We have divided the household chores in this lockdown period. Well, maybe she isn’t happy with my cleaning, which is why such a story has surfaced.”
After six years of marital bliss, Sunidi and Hitesh were promoted to the next phase of their lives as they had welcomed their little bundle of joy. Sunidhi and Hitesh had received a perfect present on January 1, 2018, from the stork when it had visited them with a baby boy, whom they named Tegh. It was Sunidhi’s obstetrician-gynaecologist, Ranjana Dhanu, who had confirmed the news and had said in a media statement, "The baby and mother are doing well. Sunidhi and husband Hitesh are proud parents of their little bundle of joy who arrived at 5.20 p.m. on January 1, 2018."
In a 2018 interview with the DNA, Sunidhi Chauhan was asked how is motherhood treating her. To which, she had retorted, “It’s a happy feeling. People who become parents are lucky.” Revealing if Hitesh is a hands-on dad or not, Sunidhi had continued, “Absolutely! He has to actually make an effort to leave our baby and go to work. So, he has shifted his set-up at home. He worked on Hichki and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety from home.”
