Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan had embraced parenthood for the second time in 2000 when they were blessed with a baby girl, whom they named Suhana Khan. Since then, Suhana is her daddy's little girl and her mother's best friend, proof of which is their respective social media handles. Suhana has been gearing up for her career in Bollywood and is completing her studies before she makes her debut.
It was only a few months ago when Suhana Khan had made her IG handle public, and since then, her fans have been drooling over the little glimpses she often shares on her profile. A few hours back, Suhana posted an IG story in which she has flaunted her gorgeous skin, lustrous hair and her toned midriff wearing a black crop top. Suhana aced her pout game as she made an IG story and wrote, "Insta video quality" atop it.
When Hindustan Unilever had announced their decision to drop the word 'Fair' from their skin-whitening cream, Fair and Lovely, Suhana Khan had lauded their decision in her IG story. She had reposted an IG post, which stated, "Hindustan Unilever announced that it would rebrand its skin-lightening cream 'Fair and Lovely', and drop the word 'Fair' from the product. It has also committed that it will remove all suggestions that success is linked to skin tone or colour in its communication." At an event in 2018, Shah Rukh Khan was slammed for calling his then-18-year-old daughter, Suhana Khan ‘dusky’. While discussing the backlash at the Kolkata Film Festival, Shah Rukh was QUOTED as saying, “I’ll be honest; my daughter is sanwli (dusky), but she’s the most beautiful girl in the world. And nobody can tell me otherwise.” We have capitalised the word ‘quoted’ here for a reason, because what Shah Rukh had actually said, goes like this, “My daughter is sanwli (dusky), AND she’s the most beautiful girl in the world.” He had used the word ‘and’ and not ‘but’!
Shah Rukh Khan had often spoken about his daughter, Suhana Khan’s wish to become an actress and how he is supportive of whatever his kids choose as their career. Revealing the condition that he wants his kids to fulfil before opting for a film career, Shah Rukh had stated to the DNA, "Suhana wants to be an actress. I see that zeal in her. She's extremely good on stage, I've seen her performances. But my point is simple — you need to complete your education before doing anything. That's the only thing I have told my children. Otherwise, they are free to be in the film industry, not be in it and do whatever they like. I will be supportive of whatever they want to do."
