She stated, "Destroyed in a sense I would have not lived, actually, I didn’t want to live after the accident. But it was because of my parents that I bounced back. Somehow we tend to forget the role of our parents in our life."

In the same interview, Sudhaa ji revealed how her parents became the prime reason for her to restart her life, "They allowed me to fly, they told me you should try and we are with you. If any one from my parent’s would have told me why you want to do it, I probably would have not been able to do it. I just wanted to make my parents proud. They were very disappointed with life after my accident. Suddenly, I realised that all their dreams had come crumbling down. So I only prayed to God to give me that one opportunity where I want to give that to them that will make them really proud and not a failure in my life."
