It seems like the whole family is making the most out of their vacay the moment they landed in Maldives. Recently, a picture of Saif making a goofy face surfaced on the internet wherein we can also spot their adorable munchkin Taimur, sleeping peacefully in his nanny’s arms. Isn’t it amazing? It is not unknown to you about the superb bonding that Bebo and nanad Soha share with each other. In a 2014 throwback interview with Filmfare, Soha was all candid about her equation with her sister-in-law. She had then shared, “My equation with Kareena is very good. (Laughs) I don’t see why people would expect me to be candid about this. I mean I’m not going to tell you the absolute truth any way. But luckily, I can be honest and say that we’re good because she is an easy person. The best thing about her is that she’s comfortable in her own skin. She does not pretend to be someone she’s not. Kareena and I are similar in that sense."
She had further added, “When we are at home together, she is casual. There is no make-up and glamour. I have a lot of respect for her because she has set priorities. She is passionate about her work and Bhai (Saif). It is difficult to be a leading actor and have a successful relationship. She makes a huge effort with the family. Like if a couple of weeks go by and we don’t meet, she will drop me a message. She is also entertaining. She makes us laugh. Kareena and I can talk about various things. She gives me relationship advice. The advice she gives is valuable because she has the experience of successfully managing her career and her relationships.” (Don't Miss! For the uninitiated, Soha Ali Khan is the proud author of her first book, The Perils Of Being Moderately Famous. Needless to say, the entire Pataudi clan was present at the launch to endorse her book. It was a perfect opportunity for the media present there to ask questions about the camaraderie between the family members. Kareena also shared who she is most intimidated with, in the family. She said, “I have rarely been intimidated by anyone and this the media knows. But if there’s one person in the family I am completely in awe of, it is Soha. I’m always a little nervous when I am having dinner with Saif and Soha, I’m like, ‘Oh my God I am never going to understand this conversation.’”
Kareena also revealed that if there is one person in the family who can be reached out to if her mother-in-law, Sharmila Tagore is worked up, is Soha. She shared, “If there’s anyone in the family who we all can turn to when Amma (Sharmila) is all worked up, if there’s one person that can control the situation, it is Soha. I truly believe that she is the torchbearer of the family and this title doesn’t do justice (to her) because famous or no famous, she is the ground on which all of us stand.” (Checkout!
