On August 13, 2020, television actress, Smriti Khanna posted a beautiful and hilarious video of her baby princess, Anayka teething with a baby teether. In the video, we can see a silicon teether being placed on the bed and the doting mother glided her little daughter close to the toy. After which, we can see little Anayka picking up the teether after a lot of struggle. The video is quite adorable but what makes it hilarious is the caption that Smriti wrote along with this. Smriti Khanna and Gautam Gupta had embraced parenthood on April 15, 2020, and 20 days later, the doting mommy had announced the name of their baby girl. Posting their first family picture with their just-born daughter, Smriti had written, "Anayka, #family #FirstFamilyPic #DaddysGirl." Also, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Smriti had revealed that it took them 20 days to decide their daughter's name, Anayka and it means powerful.
On May 10, 2020, Smriti's husband, Gautam had taken to his Instagram handle to wish the new mommy on Mother's Day. He had shared two adorable pictures of Smriti and their baby girl, Anayka. But the picture that had caught everyone's attention was of Smriti holding her little munchkin while their pooch, Lucas was lovingly looking at the little cotton ball. Gautam had captioned the pictures as "Happy First Mother's Day, my love!" Take a look.
On June 17, 2020, Smriti had taken to her daughter's Instagram page and had posted a cutesy picture of their morning hugs. In the picture, we could see little Anayka hugging her mommy tightly while Smriti had looked at the camera. The adorable morning routine picture was captioned as "Morning hugs from mamma". She had shared another video on her baby's Instagram handle, wherein, she had looked gorgeous while giving a pose. The video was captioned as "My nani says this is my 'Asha Parekh' look".
