It was on November 23, 2017, when Smriti Khanna had tied the knot with her Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi co-star, Gautam Gupta. She had become a trendsetter by ditching the traditional red bridal colour for her wedding and had opted for pink instead. Smriti had flaunted her unique sense of style and had set the trend by wearing a pink bridal lehenga with minimal jewellery and makeup. Her hubby, Gautam Gupta had opted pale blue sherwani with dhoti pants and a safa. In 2020, the beautiful couple had embraced parenthood and had welcomed a baby girl into their lives, whom they have named Anayka.
On November 23, 2020, Smriti and Gautam completed three years of marital bliss and to celebrate their special day, the duo went for a dinner date. Smriti took to her IG handle and shared glimpses of her date night. She looked gorgeous in an off-shoulder white Bella fringe dress with subtle makeup and her hubby, Gautam complemented her in a navy-blue coloured shirt with white pants. Along with the pictures, Smriti wrote, “Date night @mistergautam” followed by a heart emoticon.
Smriti and Gautam never skip a chance to make one another’s special days a lot more memorable. It was Smriti’s first birthday post-delivering her baby girl, Anayka on July 6, 2020, and Gautam had pampered her in every manner. As Smriti had turned 30, she had ringed in her birthday with Gautam and her family by her side at their home. She had begun the countdown for her birthday a day before when her hubby had pampered her with morning breakfast and had a fun-filled lockdown birthday. Ever since Smriti Khanna had embraced motherhood, her social media feed is hijacked by her little princess and every post is a treat for all her fans. When Anayka had turned 2-months old, Smriti had posted a twinning picture with the little one and had written, "2 months old today #twinning Surround yourself with positive energy .. your mental wellbeing, your success, and your happiness depends on it!"
On April 13, 2020, when Gautam Gupta had celebrated his 31st birthday, Smriti Khanna had apologised for the delayed birthday gift. But two days later, Gautam's delayed birthday gift had gotten delivered as Smriti had given birth to their little angel, Anayka Gupta. To announce the best news of her life, Smriti had shared a family picture with the newbie parents looking at each other with smiles on their faces and the doting mumma holding her baby girl in her arms. Smriti had captioned her post as "Our princess has arrived 15.04.2020."
On the occasion of Father's Day, Smriti had shared adorable pictures of her husband with their baby girl. In the pictures, we could see Gautam holding their baby girl in his arms while Anayka had donned a white sweatshirt with 'Daddy my whole world' written on it. Along with it, Smriti had penned a cute note for the new father and it could be read as "@mistergautam it’s been so amazing to see you change and develop into the incredible daddy you are to our girl.
