Do you struggle with getting those gain while in quarantine because you don’t have enough weights? Well, all you need for this exercise is a baby, who should have a little peti for the weight. First, we’re going to take the baby very carefully, make sure he’s comforted, there needs to be some sort of a connection. Firstly, you gotta work on bicep. And if you need something for a back, then take the same baby and go low. And there you go – some at-home exercises with a very easy accessible baby.”
