For those who don't know, Shweta Bachchan Nanda shares a beautiful bond with her daughter, Navya Nanda. In fact, they are not just each other's best friend but even best critics. Earlier, in an interview with the Vogue magazine, Shweta Nanda, Navya's mother had revealed the reason why she doesn't want her daughter to enter the film industy, and had shared, "I really try to tell her about all the cons… I have nothing against the industry—it’s who we are—but it’s not an easy world to be in."
Elaborating further, Shweta had added, "I’m on Instagram and I follow my brother and know the hate he gets. Whether you like him as an actor or not, it will bother to me as a sister. I hated it, it gave me sleepless nights and I don’t want yet another member of my family to be in this business for selfish reasons. Firstly, I don’t know what Navya’s talent is. Just because she is related to some famous people, doesn’t mean she has what she takes."
