Bollywood superstar, Amitabh Bachchan's granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda is striving to make a name for herself. From starting her journey as an entrepreneur to winning hearts with her podcast, What The Hell Navya, the diva proves that she doesn't want to sit at home and enjoy being called a star kid. She wants more from life. Recently, things got heated on her podcast, when Shweta Bachchan reacted to her mother, Jaya Bachchan's comment that she makes everything about herself.
For the unversed, Shweta Bachchan tied the knot with Nikhil Nanda in the year 1997. Together the duo has raised two adorable kids, Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda. Currently, Shweta lives with her parents, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.

In the finale episode of the podcast, Navya asked Jaya and Shweta what their favourite thing was on the show. The mother-daughter duo expressed how beautiful the experience was. Shweta revealed that she loved it when her mom praised her on the show. She was quoted as saying:
"My favourite part of the podcast is when my mother says very nice things about me that I have not heard in four decades... that was my favourite part, when you both (Jaya and Navya) praised me. I love it."
In response, Jaya Bachchan quipped that Shweta manages to make everything about herself in the end. She said:
"Shweta, you always manage to get the… the light has to be on her. Even when the whole family is talking, sab ghoom phir ke (when all is said and done), some conversation she’ll bring, and in the end (be like) ‘but, I you know"
In defend, Shweta explained herself and shared that it is a unique talent that she has. After all, she belongs to a family of superstars, and she is the only non-actor. She added that everything can't be about them always. She said:
"My friends make fun of me, they say it’s a unique talent because no matter what the topic is, ‘she can always bring it back to something about her’. Because listen, if I am going to be the only non-public facing actor in this family, some attributes I also have to imbibe right? It can’t just be about you guys all the time. It has to be a little bit about me also."
Navya's podcast gave an inside glimpse at the relationship the ladies of the Bachchan house share.
