Shoaib, who knows how to balance social media, doesn't care what the trolls say. Shoaib stated that being a public figure has some pros and cons. He added that people can say whatever they feel like to them and their families, and even his son, Ruhaan. He added that he cannot expect much from people, who can target a small kid. He was quoted as saying:

"Jaise mai hamesha hi kehta hu ki public figure hone ke fayde bhi hai, nuksaan bhi hai. Faayda yeh hai ki aapko duniya ke har ek kone ke pyaar milta hai. Nuksaan yeh hai ki aapko hate bhi milta hai. Kai log kuch bhi bolte hai aapko leke, humko leke, family ko leke, even Ruhaan ko leke, bache ko leke. Ab ek cheez mujhe samajh ni aati ki jo shaks ek chote se bache ko bol skta hai, to usse aap kya hi umeed karoge?"

Shoaib added that he doesn't know how to react or what action to take. He added that he doesn't want to hype the mean comments, so he believes in ignoring it. Shoaib said:

"Hum kya reaction de aur kya action le kyuki reaction, action kuch dena iska matlab yeh hai ki vo baitha hi insaan isi cheez ke liye hai ki aap usko reaction do, tavajjo do. Aur is cheez ko vo aur hype kre. To mujhe lagta hai ki in saari cheezo ko ignore karna chahiye."

"Dipika bhi apne interviews mein bola hai kahi baar ek taraf puri duniya gaati hain women empowerment, magar ek taraf ladki ghar samhalna chahti hain toh aap bolte ho arrey ye ho gaya, wo ho gaya, toh ye log apni convenience, apni pasand ke hisab se comments karte hain, kahi log usko trolling bol dete hain, kahi log ye bol dete hain. And we are okay with it, koi faraq nahi padhta hain."
