In the video, Shoaib looked disappointed about what happened. However, Dipika looked chilled out as she hardly pays any attention to all the trollers. He said that they don't need to prove anything to judgemental people and if they think attitude aa gaya hai toh haan aa gaya. He was quoted as saying:

"Humein kisi ko prove nahi karna h, especially un logo ko jo judgemental ho rahe hai. Attitudee aagaya hai? Haan, aagaya hai. Humhe aapko kuch prove nahi karna. Humein upar wale ko bas prove karna hai."

On November 24, 2022, Dipika attended an award ceremony, and she was clicked by the shutterbugs. A paparazzo page shared a video of Dipika getting tripped, and a fan of her tried to save her.
