Bollywood actor, Sharad Kelkar is known for his amazing acting skills and strong voice. The moment we see him performing a character in a film or television, we cannot believe that the actor once suffered from stammering. Recently, Sharad opened up on how he had overcome his stammering problem and that his wife, Keerti Kelkar, had helped him in the tough fight.
For the uninitiated, Sharad Kelkar and Keerti Kelkar had completed sixteen years of togetherness on June 3, 2021. The actor had shared a throwback picture from their wedding ceremony, and had written, "Happy 16th, my love."

Recently, Sharad Kelkar graced Maniesh Paul's podcast, Rise In Bollywood, wherein he revealed anecdotes from his life. There is no doubt, Sharad has achieved a lot of name and fame in his acting career. But it wasn't a rosy ride. During the podcast, Sharad revealed that he was replaced from his first television show, Sindoor Tere Naam Ka.

Sharad shared that he was having a stammering problem from a young age. While kids used to make fun of him, he got a big bolt, when he was replaced from his television show because of the same. The actor also stated that during that time he met his wife, Keerti Kelkar, who helped him over come it. The actor stated, "Then I met my wife (Keerti Kelkar). I am also lucky to have met a few wonderful people from my first show, who also helped me overcome it."
Coming back to Sharad and Keerti's love story, the duo had tied the knot in 2005. Later, in February 2014, Sharad and Keerti had welcomed their daughter, Kesha Kelkar. In a 2017 interview with the PTI, Keerti had shared how proud she is, of her star hubby, "I am very proud of Sharad. He has grown and become a fine actor. He does have what excites him. He tries to experiment and do different stuff. But now I want the focus on me, and I have told him no more talking about your work, talk about my show and me."
