Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor, who are self-isolating at the Radha Soami retreat in Beas along with their little ones, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor, have been delighting their fans with their lockdown diaries, every now and then!
On June 11, 2020, Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor took to her IG stories to post a glimpse of what her husband cooked for her for the first time in 5 years. Highly impressed by his culinary skills, Mira couldn’t stop praising Shahid for the homemade pasta. Revealing that it was the first time Shahid has cooked in 5 years, Mira wrote, “The husband cooks for the first time in 5 years and this is by far the best pasta I have ever eaten!!! #nobias @shahidkapoor,” atop it.
A few weeks back, Shahid Kapoor had posted a picture that had brought a flood of cravings in our mouths. Made by his super-talented wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor, Shahid had given a glimpse of the delicious banoffee pie and had written, “Banoffeeeeeee Times!” followed by a face emoticon with stars as its eyes atop it. That was a treat for Shahid Kapoor as earlier, the 39-year-old actor had delighted his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor with some delicious pancakes. Revealing that Shahid had taken over the kitchen, Mira had posted an Insta story with her feet up on the table and had written, "Waiting while the husband cooks me some pancakes #thegoodlife #tablesmightturn @shahidkapoor" atop it. Then Mira had posted a ‘success’ picture of the pancakes made by Shahid, and had written, “Success! I’m glad I put my feet up so he can step into my shoes @shahidkapoor.” Which Shahid reposted on his account and had written, “She actually ate it” atop it.
During an interaction with his fans on Twitter, Shahid Kapoor was asked by a fan, “Khana, bartan, kapde.. Ye sab kare ho kya lockdown me?”, Shahid, revealing his lockdown duty, had replied, “Mera department bartan ka hai. Tumhara?” Isn’t this really funny? During his #AskShahid session, a user had also asked Shahid on how to remain positive in quarantine. To which, he had retorted, “Make a schedule for structure. Have some goals. Do stuff you didn’t have time for. Enjoy the family time. That’s the best part.”
Looks like not only Shahid Kapoor, but their three-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Misha Kapoor is also pampering her mommy, Mira Rajput Kapoor. While Shahid is treating his wife with delicious meals, Misha is pampering her mommy by doing her hair. Mira had posted an IG story, which had given a glimpse of her ‘parlour sesh’ by little Misha. Mira and Misha’s salon-cum-reading session was all about some mother-daughter quality time and they had made sure to make the most of it. In an IG story posted by Mira, Misha can be seen playing with her hair and she had written, ‘Parlour Sesh’ atop it. In the next story, Mira had given a glimpse of the book titled, The Tiger Who Came to Tea, revealing that she had read this book to her daughter during the salon session. Mira had written, "Salon reading" atop it and it also had Misha's cute mini toy hairdryer placed on the book.
