As we all know, Shahid Kapoor is the father of two kids, Misha and Zain and never skips a chance to tell everyone how they complete him. But the actor has also credited his doting wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor for always being super-supportive of him and how effortlessly she has inherited all the good and bad sides of his profession.
In the year, 2017, Bollywood actor, Shahid Kapoor sat down in a conversation with Film Companion and had addressed all the people who were shaming his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor for taking security personals with her, as she's no star. Giving a befitting reply to everyone, Shahid had narrated a shocking incident that is the reason why his wife doesn't step-out without security personals. He had said, "It was very normal with Mira, and I am sure there were things that came along stardom that were difficult for her. Like for the first few times, I used to tell her that you should take security personnel with you. And she was like why, and after good five or six times, she was like Shahid, people are randomly walking up to me and touching me and all. I was like now, you know why."

Further in his interview, Shahid Kapoor had highlighted the evil side of fame and stardom. He had explained, "When she took the security person with her, the next day the headline was ''Why Mira needs security personnel? She is no star?'' But that comes with the profession I am in, and it's a professional hazard. Our biggest concern is Misha as we want to give her a normal life and she will always be. I will always ask this question to myself that I have burdened her because of who I am."

One of the most adored couples of the entertainment industry, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor never fail to make their fans swoon by their mushy captions and social media PDA. For instance, during the Holi celebration earlier this year, Mira had flaunted a SK tattoo painted with red colour on her neck. The doting wife had taken to her Instagram handle to share a picture of the same.
