When Shahid Kapoor got married to Delhi-based Mira Rajput, nobody thought that the then 21-year-old would become everyone's favourite. Although their 13 years age gap had raised a few eyebrows, with their love and trust, this adorable couple had raised the benchmark of couple goals really high.
Every now and then, we have seen how Shahid and Mira dote on each other and their chemistry often awestruck us. On their fourth wedding anniversary, Shahid had given us a glimpse of the very first picture of Mira that he had saved on his phone. Sharing the same, Bollywood’s Kabir Singh had written, “Her first picture I saved on my phone. And now almost every second picture has her in it. She is #life. On September 7, 2021, Mira turned 27 and her doting husband, Shahid poured his heart out to wish his lady love. The actor took to his Instagram handle and posted a couple of pictures. Alongside it, he wrote, "Not just to share your joys but to share your sorrows too. Not just for every day we smile in each other’s arms but on the days we cry in each other’s arms. Last year on Mira's birthday, Shahid had penned a heartmelting birthday wish for his ladylove. He had taken to his IG handle and had shared a gorgeous picture of Mira. Along with the picture, Shahid had expressed how lucky he is to have her in his life. His wish could be read as “Happy birthday my love. You are beautiful inside out. And I am blessed to have you in my life” followed by a heart emoticon.
Shahid’s brother, Ishaan Khatter too wished his bhabhi in the coolest way. He had taken to his IG stories and had shared an unseen smiling picture with Mira. In the picture, the two could be seen in ethnic outfits, and just like the cool picture, Ishaan had wished his bhabhi with a cool millennial term. Sharing the picture, he had written, “Happy birthday bhaabidooooo @mirakapoor” followed by red heart emoticon.

Shahid's half-brother, Ishaan Khatter shares a beautiful bond with his bhabhi, Mira. When he had made an appearance on Voot's Feet Up with the Stars Season 2, he had poured buckets of praises for Mira. He had talked about his relationship with her, and had stated, "Mira is just one year older than me and she is a hands-on mother. She has taken over family responsibilities perfectly."
On July 7, 2021, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had completed six years of marital bliss. To mark their sixth wedding anniversary, Mira had posted a mushy picture with the love of her life, Shahid. Expressing how words cannot suffice the love she has for him, Mira had captioned the picture as "I love you more than words suffice. Happy 6, my love my life."
