The last month has been one of the most tumultuous periods for Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan as his son, Aryan Khan, was arrested by the NCB. The Narcotics Control Bureau had raided a cruise ship in Mumbai on the night of October 2, 2021, and had taken Aryan in their custody in connection with the drug case. However, he was released after 28 days as the NCB had failed to prove him guilty.
However, this period left a deep impact on Aryan's father, Shah Rukh Khan, both personally and professionally. He had to postpone all his shooting schedules in order to be in Mumbai. But now, since Aryan is back home, SRK would have to bounce back to work. Despite that, he is making sure to leave no stone unturned to dedicate some time to his family amidst his packed shooting schedule.

According to a report in BollywoodLife.com, before getting back to work, Shah Rukh Khan asked his directors to keep his request so that he can spend some time with his family as Aryan needs it the most. For work commitments, the actor was supposed to fly overseas. But the Dilwale actor requested to keep the shooting schedule in small chunks so that he can visit his family in Mumbai. The report can be read as:
''He has asked to keep film schedules that are outside India in small chunks, instead of one big schedule and leave scope for him to visit home every couple of weeks for a few days.”
The report further suggested that after Aryan Khan's bail, SRK has become very protective of his son and is spending as much time with him as he can. The portal quoted its source as saying:
“He has requested them to plan the shoot in such a way that portions with the other artists can be shot while he is away so that he can be there with his family every once in a while without impacting the shoots or causing any delays. Shah Rukh Khan has become very protective of Aryan and his family after the recent incident and has decided to be there for them and find a balance between personal and professional time.”

A few days back, reports in the media were rife that before resuming his shooting, the actor was looking for a new bodyguard for his son. However, later on, he had decided on entrusting his most reliable bodyguard with Aryan Khan's responsibility. As per a report by BollywoodLife.com, as Aryan has to appear in the NCB office every Friday due to the High Court's order, SRK wanted to make the arrangements for his son's well-being by appointing a bodyguard.
However, since Aryan Khan was not comfortable opening up to someone new, SRK had decided that his bodyguard, Ravi Singh will be accompanying the star kid to the NCB office every Friday. On the other hand, Shah Rukh would appoint a new bodyguard for himself. The portal had quoted its source as saying:
“Aryan is not someone to get very comfortable in a new person’s company but he has known Ravi Singh for years now and shares a good rapport with him. He is supposed to visit the NCB office every Friday and with the new team investigating the case, there may be the frequent summons and in such a case, Shah Rukh feels it is best to have someone known and trusted along with Aryan. So that he can be at peace when he is away from home for shoots.”

On the work front, Shah Rukh khan will resume shooting for Pathan opposite Deepika Padukone and John Abraham!
