Shah Rukh laid his eye on this ever-so-gorgeous beauty, Gauri Chibber (now Gauri Khan), when they had met at a friend’s party. Ever since, neither he has taken his eyes off her nor has she.
Apart from being romantic and giving all-new definition to love, Shah Rukh is widely known for his humorous and vivacious nature. Replying to Gauri’s tweet regarding the article, Shah Rukh Khan took to his official Twitter handle and tweeted, “I wish she gave me these gems of wisdom about work at home too! I have to read them online and learn.” Fans loved Shah Rukh’s epic way of reacting to Gauri’s article. Soon his tweet was flooded with comments. One follower wrote, “Haha that sweet complaint is too adorable”, another commented, “You are too funny”. In an interaction with the media earlier, Gauri had revealed who takes more time to get ready. The stunning former model was quoted as saying, ''For someone who's claiming that he has got nothing to do with style, I just have to tell you a little secret - whenever we are going out or stepping out for a party, I am usually out in 20 minutes, ready and perfectly on time, and he takes, maybe two or three hours.” Adding more to the Chennai Express actor’s secret, Gauri had further gone on to add, ''So, tonight I made a special effort and I took two-three hours and I think he took six.'' Recalling his struggling days and how Gauri was always by his side, King Khan once remarked, “The struggle was just in the first few years of marriage. Gauri Khan was new to the film industry, so was I.” He had further added, “It's not that I married an outside girl into the film industry. Two years for us in Mumbai was like honeymoon full of bumps. There was an issue like, "You will shoot at 6 in the morning?"
Further, quoting an incident when Gauri had waited for hours for him, Shah Rukh had quipped, "I remember the first night when we actually came to Mumbai after about five-seven days. She spent that evening fully dressed, she wore chooda and Indian dress, and came to Film City and was there till 6 where Hema Ji was directing my film. One of the actors got late as it happens in the shoot and we wrapped by 8 instead of 6. Revealing the details of the struggles, he had further gone to add, "She sat on her second night in Mumbai in Film City's makeup room. They were damp and dingy then, still, she sat there till in the morning and came back. I guess that kind of made her realise as angry as it may have got her, 'This is the life.”
Apart from this, Shah Rukh had once shared how he and his family take stardom, "We take stardom as we take each other's success and failures with all love and care. It is all acceptable now. In the family group of six, there's the seventh which is kind of bigger than the other six."
