His wife, Gauri Khan, who is an interior designer, along with SRK has made their paradise together and everything about this house, holds a special memory to the couple. And when something is close to your heart, you can never put a price on that. SRK is a witty person, and his humour has made many people fall in love with him. The actor often holds #AskSRK session on his Twitter handle, interacting with his fans. In a similar interaction, a fan dared to ask the superstar about Mannat and got a savage reply.
During his recent #AskSRK session on Twitter, a user asked him if he has plans to sell his house, Mannat? His tweet can be read as "Bhai Mannat bechne wale ho kya?" The king of wits, Shah Rukh Khan gave an epic reply, which is trending all over the internet. He replied, "Bhai Mannat bikti nahi sar jhuka kar maangi jaati hai....Yaad rakhoge toh life mein kuch paa sakogay.”
This is not the first time that SRK has been asked about his paradise, Mannat in the ‘Ask SRK’ session. In January 2020, a fan had asked SRK about the cost of renting a room in Mannat and he had given a savage reply. Referring to his three-decades-long career, SRK had replied, "30 saal ki mehnat mein padega." In an interview with NDTV, Gauri Khan had shared how her mother has the remote-control of Mannat and she manages the house from Delhi. Gauri had shared that her mother, Savita Chhiba is constantly on call and WhatsApp with the staff at Mannat, supervising the cleaning and managing the house from Delhi. For her, it serves a dual purpose as it keeps her mother busy and the staff on the go. In her words, “Most of my organisation has been remote-controlled by my mum, who is in Delhi. She is on the hotline with the staff, pictures going back and forth, WhatsApp messages… ‘This space is dirty and this needs a full cleanup, this needs sanitisation’ and all that goes on. It keeps her busy and it keeps my staff in check.” Gauri had also shared that she has learned a lot from her mother, Savita Chhiba and she has been a huge helping hand to her. She had added, “I have learned so much from her, she is basically handling my home through remote control, via messages and phone calls.
