Bollywood’s King Khan, Shah Rukh Khan has once again put India on the global stage after he was named in the world-famous British magazine, Empire’s prestigious list of '50 Greatest Actors Of All Time'. The iconic Bollywood actor, Shah Rukh Khan was placed in the 35th spot in a list featuring some of the greatest actors of all time.

The four roles that Empire Magazine mentioned as Shah Rukh Khan’s notable roles were the likes of 'Devdas Mukherji' (Devdas), 'Rahul Khanna' (Kuch Kuch Hota Hai), 'Rizwan Khan' (My Name Is Khan), and 'Mohan Bhargava' (Swades).

Not only this, Empire Magazine chose Shah Rukh Khan’s famous dialogue from the film, Jab Tak Hai Jaan as their pick for his most iconic line. The dialogue was translated into English and can be read as 'Everyday life kills us a little. A bomb will kill you only once.’ The Empire Magazine also penned a little description in the context of Shah Rukh Khan’s successful acting career in Bollywood. An excerpt from the same can be read as:

"Ms. Marvel’s favourite movie star has a career that has now spanned four decades of near unbroken hits, and a fanbase of pretty much billions. Comfortable in almost every genre going, there’s pretty much nothing he can’t do."

The fact that Shah Rukh Khan is the only actor from India, who featured in such a prestigious list of actors, speaks volumes about his global stardom and the kind of actor he is.

Shah Rukh Khan was placed on the 35th spot in the list above so many legendary Hollywood actors, which made his fans in India so much proud of their favourite superstar. The actor was placed above acting icons like Charlize Theron, Kate Winslet, Al Pacino, Joaquin Phoenix, Morgan Freeman, Olivia Colman, Daniel Day-Lewis, Nicole Kidman, Laurence Oliver, and many more on the list.

On December 20, 2022, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani took to her Instagram handle and shared a screengrab of the Empire Magazine’s list in which the Bollywood superstar was mentioned. In the screengrab shared by Pooja, we can see a still of Shah Rukh from his film, Dilwale. Along with the picture, the doting manager penned a few lines of appreciation in the caption for the Badshah of Bollywood in which she admitted how proud she is to see an Indian actor getting a mention in the Empire Magazine’s famous list. Her note in the caption can be read as:
