Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai fame actress, Sara Khan is under the limelight these days, not because of her professional life but her personal domain. Since the beginning of 2019, reports have been rife that the actress is going to marry in 2019 and seems like the 29-year-old actress has now confirmed the same. Read on to know more.
Sara Khan, along with her sister, Arya Khan are going to appear in the next episode of Voot’s Kitchen Champion. The makers of the show have shared a promo video of the same on their Instagram handle. The sister duo will compete against Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actors, Rohan Mehra and Kanchi Singh. However, the promo video is as interesting as it gets when the host of the show, Arjun Bijlani teases Sara Khan about her rumoured wedding. When Arjun asked her about the same, she simply said, “Isi saal (this year itself)” and the audience couldn't help but cheer at the same. On being teased further and asked about the lucky groom-to-be, she only shared that he is an actor-turned businessman. Take a look at the video we are talking about:
Did you notice that she also joked that the guy's name starts with an 'A'? Sara Khan was recently linked to her co-actor, Ankit Gera. In fact, the reports of their rumoured relationship claimed that Sara and Ankit are going to take the nuptial plunge soon. A source close to the alleged couple had recently shared with the TellyChakkar, “They seem to be very much in love. So much so that they are soon planning to get engaged and tie the knot.”
However, Sara Khan has always maintained a single stance whenever she has been asked about her relationship with Ankit Gera. Commenting on her rumoured upcoming wedding with Ankit, she was quoted as saying, "Ankit and I are working together on several projects and so, we will be seen together. But that doesn’t mean that I am dating him. Link-ups happen every time I post a picture with a guy on my social media account." Talking to the SpotboyE, Sara Khan had said that she couldn't be dating every guy she works with and that she is very happily single. She had opened up and said, "I can't be dating every guy I meet. Ankit and I are very old friends, and we recently met and clicked pictures. I don't know why people think that I will tie the knot with every guy I talk to. I am very much single and happy."
Ankit Gera, on the other hand, was also approached by an online tabloid and was asked to comment on his rumoured relationship with Sara Khan. He had only talked about their professional bonding and had said, "I and Sara are friends for 9 years. And now we are business partners too. I have started my own production house. I have collaborated with her production for our first short film titled Husn-E-Hasan and we are travelling to Manali for the shoot this month. We are not only the producers but also acting in the film as the main leads. With this association, we are also planning to bring some songs."
Even though Sara Khan has been maintaining her single stance quite rigidly, she did share that she wants to embrace motherhood soon. Sara was quoted as saying to a media portal, "I don’t know if marriage is on the cards, but I definitely want to experience motherhood. It’s very important to have a child, as I feel that it completes the journey of a woman."
