In December 2020, Kareena Kapoor Khan had posted a picture of her ‘favourite boys’, Saif Ali Khan, Ibrahim Ali Khan and Taimur Ali Khan. Sharing a loved-up picture of Saif with his sons, Ibrahim and Taimur, Kareena had captioned the post as “Favourite boys! #FatherAndSons.” For the picture, while Saif and Taimur had twinned in white, Ibrahim had picked a grey-coloured t-shirt. To ring in New Year 2021, Ibrahim and Sara had celebrated the night with their friends and her post for her brother made it even more special. Expressing what Ibrahim means in her life, Sara had written a poem which could be read as “Happy New Years, With my brother it’s always the best cheers, He takes away all my fears, And forever is there to wipe all my tears.”
March 5, 2021, marks the 20th birthday of Ibrahim Ali Khan and to make it special, his bua, Saba Ali Khan and sister, Sara Ali Khan posted IG stories to wish him. Saba posted then-and-now pictures of Ibrahim, and added ‘Happy Birthday’ stickers on her stories. One was a childhood picture of Ibrahim, in which he charmed us with his cuteness and the other was from one of his vacations, which reminded us of Saif. Ibrahim is known for his love for football and cricket. Sara got a huge yummylicious blue-and-white cake with the football team Chelsea F.C. logo on it. The cake also has a jersey with Ibrahim’s nickname, Iggy written on it. Giving a glimpse of the same, Sara wrote, “I love my little brother.”
When Ibrahim Ali Khan had turned 19 last year, his doting sister, Sara Ali Khan had posted two unseen throwback pictures from their Maldives vacation. Clad in a printed bikini, Sara could be seen embracing her brother, who had flaunted his abs in a pair of shorts, as they posed in front of the Maldivian blue sea. Sara had captioned her post as “Happiest birthday Brother I love you more than you know and am missing you lots today!! To mark Ibrahim Ali Khan’s 18th birthday on March 5, 2019, Sara Ali Khan had posted some ‘no one has ever seen’ photos with her darling baby brother. Just like any other brother-sister duo, Sara and Ibrahim also have each other’s back, literally. Posting pictures in which she could be seen curled up in Ibrahim's arms, Sara had written a cheeky caption, “Happiest birthday to the best brother in the world. Thank you for always having my back (literally) and tolerating all my nonsense patiently (mostly).”
In an interview with the same magazine, Amrita Singh had revealed that one problem she has from Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. She was quoted as saying, “Sara is a very God-loving child and has immense respect for every belief. She is also an extremely disciplined girl, be it her work or her mind and body. I see the effort she puts in every day to keep the balance and that’s really commendable. Ibrahim is the “old soul” in our home. He’s kind and gentle and has the most sorted mind. He’s gifted with the ability to face the harshest truth with a brave smile and a strong will to overcome any shortcomings.
