The actress had risen to fame when one of her dance videos on the popular song, Teri Aankhya Ka Yo Kaajal at a local event, which had gone viral on the internet. Her popularity had known no bouns after the video had gone viral and she had even participated in the eleventh season of Bigg Boss. We had gotten utterly surprised when the news of Sapna Choudhary's marriage had come out of nowhere. On October 6, 2020, popular Haryanvi Singer, Veer Sahu had taken to his Facebook page and had posted a 26-minutes long video in which he had informed everyone about his and Sapna Choudhary's secret wedding and that they had welcomed a baby boy. And now, Sapna has confirmed the same with her Karwa Chauth pictures!
Sapna Choudhary confirmed her marriage by sharing pictures from her first Karwa Chauth, wherein, she can be seen sporting a mangalsutra and sindoor. Sapna Choudhary radiated the glow of a newlywed bride in a red saree with golden border and patchwork and donned a net dupatta over her head. Her matching red bangles, golden choker and layered neckpieces along with mangalsutra and matching earrings completed her look. Posting pictures performing the rituals of Karwa Chauth with her husband, Veer Sahu, Sapna Choudhary wrote, "Happy Karwa Chauth" in the caption. Check out the pictures below:
In the aforementioned video of Sapna Choudhary's husband, Veer Sahu, he had informed that Sapna and their son are fit and healthy. Going further in his video, Veer had addressed the much-asked question about their marriage and had said, "Humne apni marji se shadi kari hai, Esse logo ko kyu iteraaz hain? Mujhe apni neeji zindagi main ho rahi cheezo ka sabuut nahi dena kisi ko. Mujhe kisi ki parwah nahi, muje unfollow karna hai kardo, Kheeti karlunga, kalakar banke beech nahi di zindagi maine." On the topic of why had the couple hidden the news of their marriage, Veer had said, "Sab keh rahe hai shadi kar li, bataya bhu nahi? Main puuch raha hu ki kisi ko kyu batau? Mujhe kuch nahi btana kisi ko, main aam aadmi bankar rehna pasand karta hu, Jis rishtey ke baare main bataya nahi, toh vo rishta awaidh hogaya kya." Veer had also warned the people who were trolling his wife and had said, "Agar kisi ki himmat ho toh muje koi kuch kehkar batao. Main ab tak kalakar he tha par ab badmaash banne ko taiyaar hu."
However, in an interview with Dainik Jagran, Sapna Choudhary's mother, Neelam Choudhary, had refuted the news of her pheras. The doting mother had confirmed the news that the two are married but had stated that it was a court marriage. When Neelam ji was asked about the reason behind going for a court marriage instead of a proper wedding, she had revealed the heartbreaking news of Veer Sahu's uncle's demise. She had stated that since the groom's uncle had passed away in January, they had opted for the court marriage instead of a grand celebration. However, the grandmother had informed that a big celebration would take place very soon, as her daughter had become the mother of a healthy baby boy.
