Sania Mirza's sister, Anam Mirza and her hubby, Asad are currently on cloud nine as they are all set to embrace parenthood for the first time in their lives. It was on December 11, 2019, when Anam had said Qubool Hai to Indian cricket team's former captain, Mohammad Azharuddin's son, Mohammad Asaduddin in a traditional Hyderabadi nikaah ceremony in Hyderabad. As Anam and Asad are pregnant with their first child, their family is eagerly waiting to hold the little one in their arms.
For the unversed, it was on March 21, 2022, when Anam had shared a cutesy video of her nephew, Izhaan Mirza Malik on her IG handle to announce the news of her pregnancy. In the video, when Izhaan was asked what is in maasi's tummy, he smiled and said, 'baby' and the excitement on his face was unmissable. On top of the video, Anam had written, "We're having a baby." Anam had captioned the post as:
"#BabyAnamAsad is on its way. Please keep us in your prayers…#alhamdulillah."

On July 19, 2022, Anam Mirza's family hosted a baby shower ceremony for her, and the mommy-to-be shared some glimpses from the same on her IG handle. For the ceremony, Anam donned a beautiful white outfit and looked gorgeous as she flaunted her baby bump. She completed her look with subtle makeup, open hairdo adorned with beads, and radiated her pregnancy glow. On the other hand, her hubby, Asad opted for a black shirt and matching pants.
Anam's baby shower was graced by her family members, friends, and her girl gang. Pictures and videos from the same are doing rounds on the internet, and Anam's fans are going crazy over it. In the pictures, the to-be-parents can be seen cutting two beautiful cakes as the guests cheered for them. We also got hold of a picture of the mommy-to-be sitting on a swing fully-decorated with flowers, and she looked super-happy with her head covered with a dupatta.

We also stumbled upon a picture shared by one of Anam's friends, in which the maasi-to-be, Sania Mirza was seen posing with Anam and Asad. Sania looked the happiest in the picture and her excitement was clearly visible on her face. However, Sania's son, Izhaan Mirza Malik was missing from the photos, and we are not sure if he attended his massi's baby shower. Check out the pictures below:
