Lately, on Valentine’s Day i.e., on February 14, 2019, Melvin and Sana made their relationship official. Both of them took to their social media handles and posted a lovely picture, wearing all-red outfits and sweetly captioning their post with a heart emoji. And now, the couple has got another reason to rejoice as Melvin bagged Dadasaheb Phalke IFF Award.
Melvin took to his official Instagram profile and shared his happiness after being honoured by Dadasaheb Phalke IFF Award. He shared the below picture with his trophy and captioned the post as, “Dadasaheb Phalke IFF Award If you are reading this, it’s important for you to know that I got this because of you Grateful to each one of you! The doting girlfriend, Sana, also took to her official Instagram handle and shared her happiness, dedicating a post to her boyfriend, Melvin. For the ones who don’t know, Melvin Louis is a professional dancer and choreographer who shot to fame through his stint in popular dance reality show, Dance India Dance. He has appeared in many music videos with famous celebrities such as Gauahar Khan, Neha Kakkar, Harleen Sethi, Shaan, among many others. With his alleged new-found love, Sana, Melvin has shot many dance videos. Following is one of the many videos shared by Sana herself. Also, to point it out here, Melvin was earlier rumoured to be in a relationship with famous Bollywood actress and former Bigg Boss contestant, Gauahar Khan. But soon the rumours fade away and a source close to the couple had stated, “It was not a serious relationship, though. The fact that it ended is not surprising. Both are doing fine in their respective lives and have moved on." On the other hand, Gauahar was earlier in a steady relationship with her co-contestant from Bigg Boss, Kushal Tandon.
In a 2016 interview with The Times of India, Sana opened up about getting married and remarked, “I’m looking forward to that. But I don’t want to get married and then divorce, again get married and then divorce, though you never know what’s written in your destiny.” Further, when she was asked if she is seeing any guy, Sana retorted, “Where are the guys? I am planning to leave Mumbai and go somewhere else in search of guys. I don’t want to settle with a guy from the industry. I have never gone out on a real date nor has any guy asked me out on an official date. I have done dinners, lunches and brunches, but no guy wants to invest himself in making a woman feel special.
