Naga Chaitanya and his alleged affair with Sobhita Dhulipala have been the talk of the town lately. It has only been a year since Naga and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s divorce, and it seems like the former has already moved on in his life. For the unversed, it was a few days before their fourth anniversary on October 2, 2021, when Samantha and Naga shocked their fans by announcing their mutual separation.
Recently, a picture of the Laal Singh Chaddha actor with his rumoured girlfriend, Sobhita, made rounds on the internet, which might be from one of their vacations. However, Naga and Sobhita’s mushy portrait amid Samantha’s battle with her myositis diagnosis didn’t go well with her fans.

As soon as Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s picture, twinning in black winter wear, went viral on the internet, Samantha’s fans started to bad mouth the actor. Taking to the microblogging site, Twitter, one user wrote, “I won’t talk about Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya pic… because there will be DMs… why are you spreading negativity. One thing I would say is karma will hit very hard.” Another netizen commented, “Where were you when Sam was trolled so badly a few months back, and his fans said that it’s Samantha and her PR team who spread fake rumours about Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita. According to an old report in News18, Naga Chaitanya and his father, Nagarjuna were planning to visit Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the hospital but couldn't do it because of their professional commitments. And rumours suggested that Naga also called the actress in the wake of her myositis diagnosis to ask about her well-being.

Earlier, in Koffee With Karan 7’s third episode, Samantha had shared how she was mercilessly trolled after her divorce from her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya. She had added that she was not upset because the separation was her decision, and she had to obey it. In her words:
“I couldn’t really complain about it because I chose that path. I chose to be transparent and I chose to reveal a lot of my life. And when the separation happened, I couldn’t be too upset about it because they invested in my life and it was my responsibility to have answers, which I didn’t at that point of time.”
