One of the highest-paid actresses in Tollywood, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, has made herself a pan-Indian name so far. Her strong acting prowess has built a huge fan base, and people love her for her strong stances and bold thinking. However, the actress seems to be under a lot of distress at the moment, especially after having been diagnosed with an autoimmune health condition called Myositis.
Taking to her IG feed on December 25, 2022, Samantha shared a photo of a picture frame titled the ‘woman of steel’. It speaks about how there is a way to conquer every battle bravely in life, and in the end, it will only make one come out stronger. Along with the picture, Samantha posted an even stronger caption, which can be read as:
“Thankyou. To those of you fighting hard battles, this one’s for you as well. Keep fighting… we’ll be stronger than ever… and stronger forever soon.”

On October 29, 2022, Samantha had penned a long note through which she shared her unheard battle with her auto-immune condition. She bared her heart out that despite gaining a lot of love for her then-un-released film, Yashodha, she could not celebrate it to the fullest since her health had gone down drastically. However, she assured that she has been keeping well and that her doctors are hopeful of her recovery.
Soon after the announcement of her diagnosis with the auto-immune condition, there was news afire which claimed that the actress had been contacted by her ex-husband, Naga Chaitanya, and his father, the supremely talented Nagarjuna, over her ill health. However, there had been no acknowledgement of the same by either Samantha or her ex-in-laws.
Samantha and Naga Chaitanya made for a perfect dreamy couple in Tollywood, and their magical union was blissful. However, within four years of marital bliss, the duo shocked their fans by announcing their separation in October 2021. The reasons cited were extremely personal, and the duo parted ways amicably.

The couple has never displayed any ill-will over their divorce in public. However, there was a time when Samantha Prabhu agreed that their relationship did not end on a cordial note. On her debut appearance in the popular celebrity chat show, Koffee With Karan, Samantha revealed that their divorce happened on a bitter note. She also mentioned that it would not be a wise decision if the ex-couple were to be left in a room alone at that moment.
