Television actress, Rupali Ganguly had shot to fame for her popular stint, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. However, she is currently seen in the television serial, Anupamaa, and has garnered a lot of love from the viewers. Talking about the actress' personal life, Rupali had tied the knot with her best friend and longtime boyfriend, Ashwin K Verma, on February 6, 2013. The couple had celebrated their 9th wedding anniversary earlier this year.
For the unversed, Rupali Ganguly and Ashwin K Verma had met each other for the first time during an ad shoot. After that, they had become friends, and gradually, their friendship had turned into love with time. And then finally, they had tied the knot, and later in 2015, the couple had welcomed their son, Rudransh, into their lives.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Rupali Ganguly opened up about her birthday plans as she is going to turn 45 on April 5, 2022. The actress revealed that she had never worked on her birthdays and shared that she usually has three days off to celebrate her birthdays. However, this time around, she isn't taking 3-days off because of too much workload. Revealing her plans for her birthday, the actress shared that she will be dropping her son, Rudransh, at his school with her husband, Ashwin K Verma. After which, she and Ashwin will head for a lunch date. She said:
"Mera birthday week hai, I am so excited. Birthday ke din kaam nahin karti. So I have taken a leave, that was already decided. Actually, we have three days off for birthdays, but this time because of the web series and some telecast issues, those three days couldn't work out. Also, my son (Rudransh) has his Marathi exam on that day, so Ashwin and I will drop him to school, and while he will be there, we will have a quick lunch. So just normal (stuff)."

On their 9th wedding anniversary, Rupali Ganguly had taken to her IG handle and had shared a romantic picture with her hubby, Ashwin K Verma. In the selfie, Rupali and Ashwin could be seen standing cosily with each other. Sharing the photo, she had tagged his Instagram handle and had penned a sweet note for him in the caption:

In one of the interviews with The Times Of India, Rupali had talked about the beginning of her relationship with her husband, Ashwin. She had said:
"We were just friends for 12 years. We first met when I had modelled for one of his commercials. Then we became friends and started working together. He was my confidant, friend, philosopher, guide. He was the one who encouraged me to join television. Love shuv kab hua pata hi nahi chala. I just know he loves me a lot."
