Bollywood actress, Alia Bhatt is the new mommy in Tinseltown, who has been living the beautiful phase of motherhood to the fullest. For the unversed, Alia and her hubby, Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their first child, a daughter, Raha Kapoor, on November 6, 2022. However, now the new mommy, Alia Bhatt, is working hard to get back in shape and how.
Just like every other woman, Alia Bhatt's body has also undergone many changes during pregnancy. Ever since she embraced motherhood, the actress has been on her toes to get back to shape. On January 11, 2023, Alia Bhatt took to her IG stories and reshared a picture note about motherhood. The new mommy reflected on the changes that her body went through after welcoming her daughter, Raha Kapoor, and revealed that her heart has grown. Her note could be read as:
"Motherhood changed me. It changed my body, my hair, my breasts, my skin, my priorities, and my fears. But you should see my heart. Oh, how my heart has grown."

A few days back, taking to her IG handle, Alia Bhatt shared a picture of herself showing her post-partum fitness journey. In the picture, the actress can be seen hanging upside down in the air with the help of a yellow-hued cloth. The new mommy was seen making a namaste gesture as the camera clicked her. Alia Bhatt opted for an all-black casual look and flaunted her new mommy glow during her yoga session. Alongside the picture, Alia penned a note revealing her post-partum journey and talked about body positivity. She also mentioned how she is trying to find stability and balance once again and shared that she vows never to be hard on her body ever again.
In an interview with the Bombay Times, Alia Bhatt revealed that she kept her pregnancy hidden for the first 12 weeks because she was told to do so. However, the actress mentioned that she had major exhaustion and nausea in the initial days of her pregnancy, but she was listening to her body. Alia also shared that she had to push herself while taking care of herself and her baby while wrapping up her work commitments. Talking about the time when she was busy working day and night with her baby bump, Alia shared that she is proud of herself for shooting her first-ever action film during pregnancy.

It was on November 6, 2022, when Ranbir and Alia welcomed their first child, a baby girl, Raha Kapoor. Since then, their fans have been eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of princess Kapoor. Recently, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt hosted a special get-together for media photographers and requested the media not to click their daughter, Raha Kapoor's pictures whenever she steps out with her family members. Alia revealed that she would allow them to take Raha's pictures when the time is right. However, Ranbir showed the paps some beautiful images of his baby girl on his phone. Indeed, it was a beautiful gesture by the newbie parents, and it simply melted our hearts in no time!
