Recently, Bollywood actress, Genelia Deshmukh had gotten injured and had broken her hand while skating, and her darling hubby, Riteish Deshmukh was seen tying her hair in a cute ponytail. The couple keeps on giving more and more reason for their fans to fall in love with their chemistry by sharing cute videos and pictures of their happily ever after with their kids, Riaan Deshmukh And Rahyl Deshmukh. The duo has always stood with each other like a pillar of strength.

It was in the year 2002 when Genelia D'Souza and Riteish Deshmukh had met each other for a film, Tujhe Meri Kasam, but at that time, never had they ever thought that they would be spending a lifetime together. Genelia had turned 'Mrs Deshmukh' on February 03, 2012, and for the past nine years, they are inspiring us with their love.
Currently, Genelia Deshmukh is recovering from an arm injury, which she had gotten while skating with her kids. However, her husband, Riteish is trying to take care of her as much as he can, and a glimpse of it was shared by Genelia. The gorgeousness took to her Instagram handle and shared a video, wherein we can see Genelia sitting on a chair with a fractured arm and her hubby, Riteish was tying her ponytail like an expert. On February 3, 2021, Riteish and Genelia had celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary. Ritesh had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted a lovely picture with his baiko, Genelia. In the picture, we could see Riteish donning a gorgeous green kurta, while Genelia was seen wearing a yellow-coloured saree. The actor was resting his head on his wifey, Genelia's shoulder. Alongside the picture, he had written a cute anniversary wish for her, which could be read as "This is my resting place forever, I will live here, for this is the home I desired. Happy anniversary baiko @geneliad."

Talking about Genelia Deshmukh and Ritesh Deshmukh's love story, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, they had opened up on their relationship. Riteish had opened up on the dreamy proposal and had shared, "So what I did was, shaadi ho rahi thi, I told her I have to buy some stuff lets go to Taj. We sat in the car and reached Taj. I stopped the car on the opposite side towards the Gateway (of India) and she asked, ‘Why are you stopping the car here?’. I said, ‘Let’s just walk across because there’s lot of traffic.’ She got out. I had a jacket so I wore my jacket. She wondered why was I wearing a jacket. I took her down towards the jetty and we got on a speed boat. It was evening time. Then we went on a yacht which was of my friend. He was kind enough to let me have it for the evening."
Riteish had further revealed the surprise proposal with fireworks and had said, "Then we went towards Marine Drive and it started getting dark. I had ordered our favourite Pizza. We sat on the front of the yacht it was a lovely and chilly evening. I reached a particular place that I wanted to be. And another friend of mine had a building right in front of Marine drive. Then I asked her to look there. The fireworks were planned at that point. And that’s when I proposed to her."
