Recently, the prime accused behind Sushant's death, Rhea Chakraborty shared screenshots of her Whatsapp conversations, wherein, the late actor had expressed his concerns about his sister, Priyanka's behaviour. The messages, shared by Rhea with India Today, the actor had said that he believed his sister was manipulating his friend and roommate Siddharth Pithani. The message starts with Sushant praising Rhea's brother, "Your family is very epic. Showik is compassionate, and you too who are mine, you are a sufficient cause for the inevitable change and respite globally. It will be a pleasure for me to be around you folks Cheers, my friend for being a rockstar."
The actor had talked about his sister's behaviour and had said, "If your ego blinds you, God bless you because I'm not afraid and I will continue doing what I've done till now in bringing out the necessary changes in the world. On August 8, 2020, Rhea had shared two pictures with India Today. The first picture was from her notebook in which Sushant had written a 'note of gratitude' for her. It could be read as "I am grateful for my life. I am grateful for Lillu in my life. I am grateful for Bebu in my life. I am grateful for Sirto my life. I am grateful for Maam in my life. I am grateful for Fudge in my life. I am grateful for all the love in my life". In the other picture, she had shared a picture of his sipper.
For those who don't know, on August 6, 2020, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had reportedly registered a money laundering case against Rhea. Later, ED sources had revealed the details of Rhea's finances to India Today. As per the report, the Income Tax Return (ITR) records, Rhea's net worth had increased from Rs 10 lakh to 12 lakh and then Rs 14 lakh in the last few years. It had also stated that Rhea bought two properties in Mumbai- one is in the name of herself and another in her family member's name.
