On September 6, 2021, Sargun Mehta turned a year older, and her husband, Ravi Dubey, was in London because of his work commitments. The couple's massive fanbase was convinced that this year, Sargun would celebrate her birthday alone. However, to everyone's surprise, the doting husband travelled from London to Mumbai to be with her on her special day.

On September 6, 2021, Ravi Dubey took to his Instagram handle and dropped two stunning pictures with his gorgeous wife, Sargun Mehta, from a breathtaking location. In the pictures, Ravi and Sargun can be seen sharing a moment of pure bliss, and the sunlight falling on their faces just made everything dreamy and a frame of a lifetime. Along with the cutesy photos, Ravi penned a teary-eyed birthday note for the love of his life, Sargun, in which he confessed that she is the center of his life. His note can be read as "I don't know why i get teary eyed whenever i talk about you ,or write about you ,You are literally the center of my life sargun."
Going further in his note, Ravi Dubey also admitted that he cherishes his wife, Sargun Mehta's presence in his life, every second and every minute of his day. The doting husband added, "Ask me what it feels to get up in the morning and see the radiant face of god sleeping next to me ..just looking at you fills my heart with sunlight .... that's why i cherish every second with you like it's a moment in heaven ….i pray and wish for you to rule the world this year."

At the end of his note, Ravi Dubey talked about his journey from London to Mumbai and stated that travelling 7,187 kms isn't a big deal for him, and even if the distance between them would be in light-years, he wouldn't hesitate for once to cross it all for Sargun. The ending of Ravi's lovely note is surely a tear-jerker, and it can be read as "P.S. Mumbai is 7,187 kms from london even if the distance was in light years i would come …and the light will always be golden."
