The Grazia Young Fashion Awards hosted on December 16, 2022, saw a lot of popular faces and A-listers attend its grand red-carpet event. Needless to say, each of them had put their best foot forward when it came to their sartorial choices. However, while some of them received immense praises, others were at the brunt of merciless trolling.
Rashmika Mandanna, one of the highest paid and most bankable actors of Tollywood also marked her presence at the red carpet of the award show. Her fans and the innumerable papparaazi were all enthralled as the lady boss posed for a lot of photographs with them, and also engaged in some casual chit-chat. However, a certain section of the society was quick to take offence on the actress’ sartorial choice as well as her behaviour.

For the event, Rashmika was dressed in a ivory-hued co-ord set, which she accessorised with a black velvet belt. With minimal makeup and jewellery, Rashmika tied her hair in a pony, and also kept a few of her tresses open on one side. In all, her outfit spoke volumes about having a subtle and chic fashion sense.
However, as soon as the videos of her entering the red carpet hit the internet, she was at the helm of massive trolling and criticism. While someone found her stylish outfit similar to that of a karate uniform, others tagged her to be overacting. Some even went ugly in their comments, and mentioned how cartoonish her face appeared to be.

Well, despite it all, Rashmika has been rightfully riding on massive blockbuster success in her career. After her mesmerising hits in Tollywood, she marked her first grand Bollywood debut opposite Amitabh Bachchan, in the film, Goodbye. And recently, her upcoming film, Mission Majnu, opposite the dashing Sidharth Malhotra got a grand launch event as well.
