Looks like this time, inside Bigg Boss OTT, it is going to be the 42 years old actor, Raqesh Bapat and his connection inside the house, the 42 years old actress, Shamita Shetty.
From day one, Raqesh Bapat and Shamita Shetty have chosen each other, and we can always find them happily spending time with each other. In fact, their housemates have started teasing Raqesh, calling Shamita his wife, and he too is seen concerned about the actress. For the unversed, Raqesh was earlier married to TV actress, Ridhi Dogra and they had ended their wedding in 2019, whereas, Shamita has always stirred clear when it comes to relationships.

In a recent video shared by the makers of Bigg Boss OTT, Raqesh Bapat can be seen flirting with Shamita Shetty as they share a bed. Shamita can be seen asking Raqesh to go to his bed as Raqesh started teasing and flirting with the actress. In the hilarious video, the other co-contestants can be seen laughing at their fun banter and their cutesy chemistry is quite evident.
While the housemates enjoyed Raqesh and Shamita’s flirting, netizens have started praying to see them together as a couple. In the comments section of the video, while one user wrote, “I wish they love each other,” another one commented, “I think Raqesh is in love with Shamita.”

In the Sunday ka vaar episode, Karan Johar had called Raqesh Bapat ‘spineless’ for not taking any stand or presenting his opinions. While Karan had ended the episode, the word ‘spineless’ had stayed inside the house and during a fight, Pratik Sehajpal had called Raqesh, spineless, hurting him beyond measures. Raqesh had started crying in front of Shamita Shetty and Riddhima Pandit, and they had hugged him. On his IG handle, a clip from the same incident was shared, where Raqesh could be heard saying that he is the son of a soldier and he won’t fight for a wrong cause.
Raqesh Bapat’s ex-wife, Ridhi Dogra, had immediately come out in support of him and had shared that being loud and twisting words is considered entertainment in this world. She had commented, "By virtue of choosing goodness and humanity one is a winner. Being loud and twisting words and not letting people speak is unfortunately considered entertainment in this world. But there are some of us on the side of humanity. And that's what matters! @raqeshbapat."
In an interview with Zoom Digital, Raqesh Bapat had shared that he is open to finding love once again after separation from his ex-wife, Ridhi Dogra. He had further mentioned that he is in no hurry to find love, and would rather prefer to let that happen organically.
On the other hand, in a conversation with ETimes, Shamita had shared that she is bored of being single. She had said, "I think my family is so fed up of seeing me single. They truly just want to see me happy with someone soon. And quite honestly, I’m fed up of being single too.” Shamita had also shared that she will never make a decision in haste when it comes to her life partner and won’t let loneliness make her take wrong decisions.
