Bollywood had played a perfect matchmaker when it had united some hottest couples in Tinseltown and had made them fall in love. With cheesy dialogues, soothing music and year-long shooting, some soulmates had crossed paths on the sets and had decided to take their love story from reel to real. Among them, comes the most adored couple of Bollywood, Deepika and Ranveer. While many loved their unmatched on-screen chemistry, the duo had fallen for each other on the sets of Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.
According to reports, during the shooting of the same film, Deepika and Ranveer did not stop kissing each other even when the director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali had said ‘cut’. After keeping their relationship under the wraps for a long time, DeepVeer had tied the knot at a destination wedding at Lake Como in Italy. Though now Deepika does not shy away from PDAs, there was a time when she had got furious with Ranveer for hugging her in public. In a recent interview, the doting hubby recalled Deepika’s angry behaviour and shared his plans to have a baby.

In a recent media interaction at an event, Ranveer Singh brought back an incident when his wife, Deepika had got angry for hugging her in front of the camera. He said it had happened during the promotions of their movie, Bajirao Mastani in 2015. Ranveer shared:
"Maine camera ke saamne usko ek bahut tight hug dia tha Deepika ko first time toh usne bola tu camera ke aage aise mere ko hug karega kya. Bhadak gai thi ekdam vo time pe."
The ‘it’ couple, Ranveer and Deepika had started dating in 2012, and this year in 2022, they had celebrated 10 years of togetherness. In the same interaction, the doting hubby also expressed his feelings towards Deepika in front of the media and said his wife is the best thing that has ever happened to him. Sharing how the actress always amazed him with her ‘sugary and spicy’ attitude, Ranveer stated:
"It has been four years (since the wedding) but it always just feels so fresh. She is at times sugar, at times spice but she is both of that and everything to me. And, I think she is my lover and best friend and pretty much the best thing to has happened to me."

Further in the conversation, the Padmaavat actor got quizzed about starting a family and having a baby. Answering this, he said, “When Deepika comes back from Cannes, you ask her.” For those who don’t know, Deepika had graced the Cannes 2022 Film Festival as a jury member, and her hubby could not keep calm and had joined her at French Riviera. In a video shared by Deepika on her IG handle on May 26, 2022, Ranveer was seen sitting on Deepika’s lap, while the latter had lovingly called him her ‘trophy’. To which, Ranveer had said:
"I'm the present for today."
On the work front, Ranveer will be next seen in the film, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite Alia Bhatt. And Deepika was last seen in the movie, Gehraiyaan.
