Bollywood actor, Ranbir Kapoor has a long list of girlfriends. However, he had once dated a girlfriend, who would smash his trophies every time, they used to fight. Currently, Ranbir Kapoor is in a relationship with Alia Bhatt, and the couple has been painting the Tinseltown red with their love. The couple had also launched the poster of their first film, Brahmastra.
Ranbir and Alia had travelled to Kenya to celebrate the New Year. Alia had taken to her Instagram handle and had posted pictures from their trip. Alongside it, she had written:
"Giving 2022 some hakuna matata energy. Stay safe. Smile. Be simple and love more! happy new year."

In a 2017 interview with the Filmfare editor, Jitesh Pilla, Ranbir had talked about the time when he was winning back-to-back awards and how it was a fantastic time for him. However, there was a girlfriend, who would break his awards every time they had a tiff. He had said:
"There has been a girlfriend of mine, every time we used to have a fight, she used to break an award.I used to go, ‘Arre, woh Filmfare haath mat lagana'."
In a 2019 media interaction, Ranbir had opened up about his secret Instagram account. He had also revealed that he still keeps a check on two of his exes, Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif from it.

Earlier, in an interview with the Bombay Times, Alia had talked about how her relationship with Ranbir has grown with time. She had shared that it's not a relationship, but rather it's a friendship. The actress had also shared that her relationship is the most beautiful.
