On March 15, 2020, Soni Razdan took to her Instagram handle and posted two throwback pictures of her daughter, Alia Bhatt from the memory lane on her 27th birthday. In the first picture, we can see Soni Razdan looking beautiful in a black top paired with blue jeans and little Alia looking like a cotton ball in her frock with a wide smile on her sweet little face. In the second picture, we can see Alia in the arms of her mother as both of them pose for the camera. The pictures have been liked by more than 25,000 people so far with a lot of comments too. Well, there have been a lot of reports about this couple’s wedding dates and destination. Over recent months, we had witnessed a lot of crazy rumours about their wedding on the internet. Earlier in 2019, a fake wedding card of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s 2020 wedding had gone viral on the internet. But later it was revealed that the card had some grammatical errors that clearly show that it was a fake card. All these rumours and speculations had irked Alia's mother, Soni Razdan and in an interview with the Bombay Times, she had talked about the same and had stated, “It’s a non-issue. Please, don’t give these miscreants more publicity than they deserve.” Alia’s uncle, Mukesh Bhatt had also clarified the news in the same conversation and had said, “Alia is busy shooting for Sadak 2 in Ooty. I have got a call from all over the country inquiring about the same. How can it be real? It’s sad. There are so many mistakes on the card.”
In an interview with the DNA, Alia Bhatt had also talked about her wedding with beau, Ranbir Kapoor and had explained, “I’m too young to think about it. When I feel there’s a need to be in a stronger bond with him, we will come to it. But right now, I’m married to my work and I also have my relationship going well on the side." In an interview with the Filmfare Magazine, Alia had shared Ranbir’s reaction to all the rumours about their wedding and had revealed, “And about getting married? Well, that’s the only thing that’s irritating right now. Every morning I wake up to the news that I’m getting married. I tell him what the hell. I guess he’s used to it." Well, no wonder we all are quite excited to see this cute couple tying the knot.
