One of the most eligible bachelors of the country, Bhallaldeva of Baahubali, Rana Daggubati found the girl of his dreams and got engaged to her, breaking lots of hearts! For those who don't know, Rana Daggubati's fiancée, Miheeka Bajaj is a Mumbai-based interior designer, who runs an event management and decor company, Dew Drop Design Studio. She is a London graduate, having completed her Masters in Interior Architecture from the University of the Arts, London. Apparently, Miheeka and Rana have known each other for the past ten years but had started dating two years back. Rana Daggubati had announced being 'taken' on his IG handle with a beautiful picture of the couple, and had written, "She said yes" alongside it. On May 20, 2020, Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj's families had sat together for a formal meeting to formalise a date for the couple's engagement and marriage. Posting a picture with his beautiful fiancée, Miheeka, Rana had written, "And it's official!!" Miheeka had also posted two pictures from the ceremony and had written, "To the beginning of forever @ranadaggubati" and "My happy place!@ranadaggubati". While there were speculations that it was from Rana and Miheeka's engagement ceremony, Rana had confirmed via his IG story that the pictures were from their roka ceremony.
Recently, while talking to India Today, Rana Daggubati spilt beans on his marriage plans and his camaraderie with Miheeka. He said, "I like to keep my personal life personal. But let me tell you, I love Mihika very much and we both have a very good pairing. Mihika lives with her family just 3 kilometers from home. When both of us decided to engage in lockdown, we both did not have to face much trouble." On the question of have they finalised a date for the wedding yet, he said, "After the engagement, Mihika and I will get married on August 8. We will keep this ceremony very personal, and this will be the best time of my life."
Further, when he was asked about working in Hindi film industry, he retorted, "Regarding working in Bollywood, the actor further said, 'Whether it is Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or any other language, it doesn't matter to me. I choose content. Let me tell you, my first film was 'Leader' which was a political thriller, while my second film was Dum Maro Dum which was the best for those selling drugs in Goa. Both these films were in different languages. The first was Telugu and the second was Hindi. I just mean the story."
