The South Indian actor, Ram Charan and his wife, Upasana Kamineni are currently going through both excitement and nervousness as they’re soon going to embrace parenthood. The couple got married on June 14, 2012, and after ten years of their happy married life, Ram and Upasana are all set to be parents in the coming weeks. It was back in December 2022 when the much-in-love couple confirmed Upasana’s due date in 2023, and since the start of the year, the couple’s massive fanbase has been eagerly waiting for the good news.
Currently, Ram Charan is in the United States of America with the cast and crew of his film, RRR, as they’re attending a lot of events and award functions. On the other side, his wife, Upasana Kamineni is also heading close to her delivery with the passing of every day. For the unversed, earlier, there were speculations that Upasana would head to the US for her delivery after her husband, Ram Charan, asked for Dr Jennifer Ashton’s contact details during his appearance on Good Morning America. The actor had said:
"I am glad I met you. I will be taking your number. My wife is going to be in the US for a while."

However, Ram Charan’s wife, Upasana Kamineni has finally confirmed that she will deliver her first child in their homeland, India. Not only this, but her recent tweet also confirmed that Dr Jennifer Ashton, whose contact details Ram Charan took, would also come to India for her delivery. Furthermore, Upasana confirmed that the esteemed foreign gynaecologist would be joining the duo of Dr Rooma Sinha and Dr Sumana Manohar for her delivery. Upasana’s tweet can be read as:
"I am thrilled to have our first baby delivered in our home country - India, surrounded by a world class medical OB/GYN team at The Apollo Hospitals, including Dr Sumana Manohar, Dr Rooma Sinha and now Dr Jennifer Ashton from the Good Morning America Show. This journey holds many exciting experiences for us and we look forward to this new phase in our lives with great anticipation."
The much-in-love couple, Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni, never skip a chance to adore each other. The couple penned a heartfelt note for all the people, who kept them in their prayers and always supported them in their lives. Ram and Upasana’s pregnancy announcement received a lot of love on the internet as they were hailed for sticking to their religious roots even in this modern era of fancy pregnancy announcements.
