Since then, a lot has been said and written about her ‘mystery dude husband’, a UK-based businessman Riteish as Rakhi Sawant has kept him away from the media glare and had revealed that she will introduce her pati parmeshvar in 2020 after the couple embraces parenthood. Now that we near the end of 2020, fans want to know about Rakhi’s married life and since she entered the Bigg Boss 14 house as a challenger, the former contestant of the reality show was asked about her husband in an interview.
Before entering the Bigg Boss 14 house, Rakhi Sawant was in Lucknow and in an interview with The Times of India, she talked about the ‘tragedy’ in her married life. When Rakhi was asked about her husband, Riteish, she said, “I’m still married, but there’s some amount of tragedy involved due to which I’d like to stay away from discussing this topic. I don’t want to talk about my husband. It just makes me very sad and emotional.” According to a report in Jagran English, on Bigg Boss, model Arshi Khan mocked Rakhi and her marriage saying that she has heard that her husband is bald. Rakhi then admitted being married thrice.
Rakhi Sawant’s NRI husband, Riteish had stayed away from the media and was a mystery until October when he finally came out in open and gave his first interview. In an interview with SpotboyE, praising his wife to the fullest, Riteish had remarked, “I am blessed. Rakhi is God's gift to me. I have never seen a woman like her. I think she is superior to me.” And talking about one thing he would never want to change in Rakhi, he had said, “Her outspokenness. She is very frank, and I think that's a great virtue.” Riteish had shared the news about starting a family, "I want two kids. I have a gut feeling that my first will be a daughter and the second one will be a son." When asked if Rakhi is pregnant, he had revealed, "Not yet, but she will soon be." A few months into married life, Rakhi Sawant had shared some unseen pictures from her wedding with Riteish. From their court marriage, white wedding to the traditional ceremony, Rakhi had given a glimpse of her every shaadi ka function. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Rakhi Sawant had revealed the real reason behind her hubby’s disappearance from the limelight and had stated, “Mere husband ko media etc pasand nahi. Unko kisi ke saamne aana nahi tha. Shaadi toh family ke beech mein hoti hai, duniya ko thhodi na bulana hota hai!” Further talking about how love bloomed between them, Rakhi had stated, “He WhatsApped me. Messaging and then talking to him, we became friends with the passage of time.
