Rahul Vaidya and actress, Disha Parmar have been together for some time now. Disha often extends her support to her boyfriend, Rahul in the house of Bigg Boss via her tweets. Now, Rahul decided to take the plunge in their relationship and propose Disha on national television!
It was Disha's birthday on November 10, 2020, and her boyfriend, Rahul Vaidya asked her to marry him in the most adorable way possible. Addressing Disha in the Bigg Boss house, Rahul said, “Today is a very a special day for me. There’s a girl in my life and that that girl’s name is Disha Parmar. God! I have never been so nervous. I don’t know why it took me so much time to ask you – Will you marry me?” Rahul was wearing a white t-shirt with Disha’s name written on it with lipstick. As he turns around, we can see ‘Will you marry me’ written on the back of his t-shirt with lipstick. Rahul then added, “I will wait for the answer.” He mentioned that he has known her for two years now and said, “I think you are the most beautiful girl in the world.”
Addressing their relationship rumours, Rahul Vaidya had told The Times of India, "I met Disha through common friends two years ago. We hit it off instantly, and often hang out together. It would be premature to say that we are in love, but yes, we are trying to get to know each other well. Disha is a simple girl. She is also very kind, and I like those qualities about her." Rahul had further added, “A few days ago, I had a music concert in Pune, so I invited her to fly with me. Since we are best friends, we just thought of spending some quality time together. I don’t know what the future holds for us.” Disha had also addressed the rumours in her interview with a leading media portal back in 2019 and had said, "As of now, we are just happy spending time with each other. Rahul is a great friend, and for now, I can't say more than that."
For the unversed, Rahul Vaidya was earlier rumoured to be dating legendary Bollywood singer, Alka Yagnik's daughter, Syesha Kapoor. But the singer had denied the rumours and had said that she was only his close friend and nothing more than that. And on December 12, 2018, Syesha had gotten married to her longtime beau, Amit Desai. After which, Rahul Vaidya's dating rumours with Disha Parmar had started making their way into the headlines.
